Transfer Certificate (TC) Rules & Policies

Application: A written request from the parent/guardian must be submitted to the school office at least one week in advance.

Notice Period: A minimum of 7 working days is required to process the TC after receiving the written request.

Fee Clearance: All dues, including tuition and miscellaneous fees, must be cleared before the TC is issued.

Documents Required: Parents must submit a written request along with a copy of the student’s ID card and fee receipt.

Mode of Communication: TC applications must be submitted in person at the school office; email or phone requests are not accepted.

Final Decision: The school reserves the right to deny TC requests in cases of disciplinary issues or incomplete documentation.
